General Information

  1. "Meeting All Your Needs In The Housing Cycle" is my personal goal. I assist clients with the purchase or sale of homes in all price ranges. This would include the smaller first home, vacation homes, the larger 2nd and 3rd homes, a high end waterfront home and, eventually, the more manageable home for the retirement years. Where you are in "The Housing Cycle", I am here to assist you. This would also include the purchase or sale of vacant land for that custom home you have always dreamed of building. 
  2. Real Estate is my olny profession. I have been a full time Realtor in the South Puget Sound portion of Washington State since 1999. My primary focus is the Thurston County Area including the cities of Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Tenino, Rainier, Yelm and Rochester.
  3. My areas of expertise also include the Pierce, Mason, Grays Harbor and Lewis counties of the South Puget Sound region.
  4. I have extensive experience as a Relocation Specialist for Corporate clients. I am certified to work with some of the largest Relocation Companies in the country. My backround as an Area  Manager for a Multinational Management Company has provided me with a very special personal insight into the particular needs of clients relocating for their companies.
  5. You can count on top notch negotiating skills honed in the offices of CEO's in the corporate world.
  6. Accuracy and attention to detail in pricing is paramount for clients selling or purchasing a home. Top dollar pricing results in my List Price to Sale Price Ratio being one of the highest in our market.
  7. Honesty and integrity are always a priority. My purpose is to provide the absolute best value to my client.
  8. Communication is a key goal. I am prioud to work in partnership with Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty in keeping with a strong commitment to timeless values. It is my intention to promote both a high tech and and equally high touch approach to maintaining communications with all clients as Real Estate Markets continue to evolve.
  9. Giving back to the community. It is a very special pleasure to be an active participant with the Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty team in fiving back to the community. South Sound Partners for Philanthropy, a consortium of more than 30 local non-profit organizations dedicated to the promotion of philanthropic efforts in the South Sound, presented our company the "2005 Business of the Year" award. The Business of the Year Award has been given to just four other companies in the South Sound. Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty is proud to be the only real estate company to ever receive this distinction.
